10 hr/Day: $350
Overtime is billed at 1.5x

EQUIPMENT

Basic Kit/Day: $300 - Recorder/Mixer, Boom, 2 Wireless
Extra Wireless: $50/Day
Nano Lockit Box: $50/Day
 

TRAVEL

$.58 per mile over 100 miles from Omaha Metro
Travel costs are to be paid by production. Overnight accommodations, if needed, will be discussed at time of booking.

CANCELLATION

25% of the agreed rate is automatically charged for any day(s) of  work cancelled within 7 days of the work date(s).
50% of the agreed rate is automatically charged for any day(s) of work cancelled within 48 hours of the date(s).
 

INVOICES

Payments are due with in 30 days of the date on the invoice.

Production needs, package rates, and equipment specifics will be discussed at the time of booking.  Additional equipment required and approved by production on the shoot day but not included in the discussed package will be charged a la carte.
